Whether we would like to admit it or not, a lot of us are full of excuses when it comes down to working out.  We don’t have time, we’re too tired, we don’t have access to a gym or equipment, etc.  We lean on those excuses so much that to prevent ourselves from seeing all the different ways we can make working out happen.

Exercise does not have to involve fancy equipment or extensive hours of time.  Take a look at some of the things around your home.  Take your kitchen counter for example.  You can perform incline push-ups on it while you’re waiting for your coffee to brew.  Use your couch during commercial breaks to complete sit to stand squats.  The point here is to get creative and not allow yourself opportunities to be limited. Once you start welcoming ways for exercise to find a place in your life, you’ll be on your way to healthier, happier you.
