When it comes to doing any type of cardio there is one term that you need to become familiar with and that is intensity. In order to get an efficient aerobic workout that burns calories, makes you sweat and hopefully helps get you to your goals quicker is to make sure the intensity is up to a point that it is a little uncomfortable.

1. Always start out with a warm-up.
2. Pick a piece of equipment that you are familiar with in the beginning.
3. Your next workout, pick something else that you have not done or done in a while
4. Always mix it up so your body keep guessing, which is great for generating results.
5. You want to sweat.
6. Increase your intensity at least every five minutes
7. You should not be able to talk, text, check email or read a book
8. If you feel you are not movitvated or need some extra pushing, then seek a professional out

10. Lastly, make sure you always do a cool down to recirculate the blood flow to the rest of your body.
