How to lose fat weight

When wanting to lose more body fat percentage, you have to remember that it takes 3500 calories to burn one pound of fat. The easiest way to approach this would be to burn 250 calories from exercise and 250 calories taken out of your diet. If you can follow this principle, then you will lose fat weight.
If you are looking to decrease a certain amount of body fat percentage and you are already at a decent level, then you really need to look at the ratios of fats, proteins and carbohydrates in your current food plan. If you have a certain date that you have to be a certain percentage, then I would recommend increasing your aerobic exercise, but keep the weight lifting at an extremely high level in order to preserve muscle mass. When you start to cut down, muscle mass will be lost, and that is why you want to keep the resistance level in your weight lifting at a challenging level.
