When choosing a personal training studio you want to make sure that they do not just offer a one type of program that will fit everyone. As we know, we all have different bodies, abilities and movements that we can or cannot do. There is also age appropriate workouts that may need to modified in order for a person to complete the exercise properly and with correct bio-mechanics. When it comes to personal training, it is an art for individuals who are veterans at doing this. You will see a huge difference in personal training when you are training with a professional veteran and training with a younger trainer that may only have a few years experience. You may be able to take all of the certifications in the world, but it is time, experience, hours trained and being able to make it on your own as a professional trainer is what will separate the awesome versus just being a personal trainer.
